Brief History.
Our journey started in 2019, with five young & versatile entrepreneurs. Since its inception,
we have been working hard to make our services better than it was yesterday, which resulted in
successful completion of some remarkable projects in the initial years itself.
The organization is backed by various working professionals, multiple industrial
experts and a mixed client base who are spread across India. We are actively involved in
the area of Design, Engineering, Supervision & PMC Services.
We are known for our economic & aggressive design practices. With our parallel expertise
in both RCC & Steel Design, we have completed multiple National Award winning projects for
prestigious organizations like INSDAG, IIT Bombay & IIT Kharagpur being a few of them.

Meet Our Leadership
Debarshi Sahoo.
Director & Structural Consultant
Leads the company as the Director with a strong background in building consultancy and structural design works, holding a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from KIIT. With over 7 years of experience in this field, he has more than 3 years of teaching experience at various industrial training programs for different organisations. He served as an Assistant Teacher at KIIT University from 2019 to 2021 and has worked on significant projects such as the Bridge construction project for NHAI and the nuclear power plant project for NPCIL, under Gammon India Ltd.
Debdatta Chakraborty.
Director & Design Consultant
He’s another Director with a background in civil engineering, holding a Bachelor's degree from KIIT. He is an Affiliated Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and has over 3 years of experience in planning, design, and drafting works. As an Autodesk certified and award-winning drafting engineer, he has multiple years of expertise in Vaastu consultation and Green Building Design Practitioner for 2+ years. Additionally, he has taught at different design and drafting campaigns for over 2 years.
Soham De.
Civil Consultant
He is a very talented Civil Engineer and Design Consultant with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from KIIT University in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As a former Secretary at ASCE KIIT Student Chapter, he has over 3 years of experience in structural analysis, design, and detailing works. Soham has also worked on multiple Structural Stability Analysis projects in Kolkata, Bhubaneswar & Kanthi. He has worked as a tutor at various design and drafting campaigns for over 2 years.
Sayan Dey.
PMC Consultant
With more than 5 years of industrial working experience in Ashiana, Livspace, Cushman & Wakefield combined, he has proven his excellence in managerial skills which has been a key in successful completion of various project execution at Deyan. He has been one of the co-founders who has been with the organization since its inception. With a Bachelors’ in Civil from KIIT & MBA in Construction Management from JNU, he has gathered several years of experience in the field dealing with various client base and now he is leading the PMC section at Deyan.
